OFF. 39-71, BATTERY OPERATED CODE 121, 39-6090 MADE IN U.S.A. Small dent next to the upper corner of the speaker, in the front Edges and corners have scuff marks from use the dials work tubes look to be all there wire looks ok I DO NOT KNOW IF THE RADIO WORKS moderate to heavy signs of wear, age, handling, use and storage.
