Not sure what bands this covers but this is One Intimidating Piece of Equipment that can be mounted in either a 19” rack or has a 4 footed bottom for bench use as well. Very Clean, No Indications of Damage or Abuse. Eyeballing the amplifier tube I can report that it has been used very little and overall you can see that this amplifier has been Well Kept. I took plenty of photos for your review. There is no power cord present but there’s a round male two prong AC connector in the back…see photo. The top cover is removable and this equipment is being sold Untested - As-Is …Direct Pick-Up only. If this equipment does not sell I will re-list it and consider shipping, but due to the size and weight I’m sure it would be expensive. UPS and FedEx lick their chops over stuff like this so I’m hoping someone local will pick up this beauty. I’ll try it this way first. Here are the particulars: · 51 lbs. net weight. · Overall Dimensions (with blower): 19” L x 24-1/4” W x 16” H · Chassis only: 19” L x 15-1/2” W x 16” H · Fully Equipped with Weston model 301 Meters that measure: Plate Current (0-1 Amperes DC), Grid Current (0-300 Milliamperes DC) and Plate Voltage (0-4 Kilovolts DC) · Front Panel has Blower & Filament Control Knobs, plus Tuning and Loading Controls w/locking set knobs underneath. · Fits a 19” frame or can be bench mounted as it has 4 rubber feet at the bottom of the chassis. · Huge Copper Tank Coil 3” in Diameter · Huge Tuning Capacitor marked: Lapointe Rockville, Conn · Huge Copper Vacuum Variable Capacitor · Tuning Control on front panel has a range of 00-28 · (One) 4-1000A Radial-Beam Power Tetrode Tube with factory markings of: SO-2298 on the inside at the bottom. I did a continuity test on the Tetrode and checked for shorts on all elements of the tube (Filaments, Control Grid, Screen Grid and Plate) - everything checked out okay; however I have NO way to check if it’s gassy. There is no power cord present so is being offered untested and As-Is with no returns. The components alone are worth Much More than the opening bid for this amplifier.
