It is possible this is from the 1920s. Colors are so vibrant they look handpainted. It's that type of printing process where you can feel the colors on top of the paper surface. Excellent or better condition although it is possible there is some very minor color retouch to the bottom edge......hard to tell even under bright light but mention just to be safe. .....
