DESCRIPTION Up for auction is a vintage Sears Wayfarer multi-band radio model 8227. Very nice piece for its age. This radio needs to be fixed. Although it works most of the time, sometimes I have to tap the back to get it to turn on. I do not know how to repair these but I would say something is loose inside. Physical condition is very nice. All knobs are present and antenna is strait and not bent. The battery holder is missing but you may power it with its AC cable. Light still works as well.
